If you are contacting us about your existing version of PCPlotter, please take a moment to collect the following information about your set up.

PC Plotter Version
If you are able to use PC Plotter, open up PC Plotter and click on the Help menu then select the About option and make a note of the following:
  • Security Key
    • The number printed on the key
  • Operating System
    • Windows 95 / 98 / 98 SE / ME
    • Windows NT / Windows 2000
    • Windows XP
    • Other system>/li>
  • PC Memory
    • If unable to use PC Plotter, from the windows desktop click on the "My Computer" icon, click on the "Control Panel" icon, click on the "System" icon under the "General" tab look for the Computer information.
  • Processor
    • As for PC Memory
  • GPS
    • Make of GPS - (e.g. Garmin, Megallan..)
  • NMEA Setting
    • If you are using PC Plotter, within PC Plotter click on the File menu and select Configuration. Click on the NMEA tab and make a record of all the settings Model Version
